Our Heart Stopper Take Down bow is a very unique system. It looks, feels, and shoots the same as a one-piece Thunderhorn bow.
The joint line and fastening system is unlike anything on the market. It is quick, strong and good looking. From almost all angles, you cannot discover that the bow is a takedown until you really look close.
The Takedown bow comes standard as a Heart Stopper. A simple but strong design gives you the very best in beauty and function. We offer this riser in zebrawood, bocoté, rosewood, and bubinga.
Thunderhorn Three-Piece Take Down
My Thunderhorn one piece and two-piece bows are known for their smoothness. I didn't want to offer a Three-Piece Takedown until I could offer one that lives up to the same standards as my other bows.
I was also very careful to keep the same "feel" throughout the grip area, another noted feature of my one piece bows. Add to that the extra stability of the Three-Piece design, and an increase in performance. I think this is my best shooting bow so far.
